I Believe
Clarity at pivotal moments is rarely accidental.
It is the result of deliberate, structured reflection.
My work is centered on guiding leaders through that process.
The work
Over time, I began to notice a pattern.
Highly capable leaders — thoughtful, successful, and respected — would arrive at pivotal moments without clear articulation of what truly guided them.
They were not lacking ability.
They were lacking definition.
Most support available to them focused on performance:
How to lead.
How to grow.
How to execute.
Very little focused on the foundation.
This gap becomes most visible in transitions — when the next decision carries weight.
That is the space this work is designed to serve.
The approach
The Purpose Discovery process is a structured, three-month engagement.
It is designed to move from reflection to articulation to application.
Not open-ended conversation.
Not ongoing coaching.
A defined process with a clear outcome:
Clarity that can be named, trusted, and applied.
Why structure matters
Clarity does not emerge through occasional reflection.
It requires:
Focused attention.
Intentional questions.
Deliberate articulation.
Structure creates the conditions for that clarity to take shape.
Without it, insight remains abstract.
With it, clarity becomes usable.

A measured practice
I work with a limited number of clients at a time.
This ensures each engagement remains focused, thoughtful, and highly in-depth.
If you are at a point where clarity is required before your next move, I invite you to begin with a conversation.
