Please fill in your information in the form below. Once you submit it, here’s what to expect:

  • If needed, I will reach out with any pertinent questions and/or requested follow-up information.

  • You will receive a coaching contract via email.

  • Once the contract is reviewed and executed, you will receive an invoice according to the payment schedule you’ve selected.

  • Once both the executed contract and the invoice payment are received, we will schedule Purpose Discovery Session I.

My life on purpose, Package Investment: $3,000

Package Inclusions:

Live Coaching Sessions:

  1. Purpose Discovery Session I: two hours

  2. Purpose Discovery Session II: two hours

  3. Purpose Discovery Session III: one hour

You will be assigned between-session work. I typically recommend 4-5 weeks between sessions as a minimum for you to complete this work due to the depth and nature of the questions you’ll be working through.

You will receive:

  1. All session notes for your review and future reference.

  2. Clarified personal core values.

  3. Curated vision, mission, and purpose statements that are developed through the course of this in-depth discovery process.

  4. Application steps so you have traction to build on what you’ve uncovered in purpose discovery.
